So sad to hear of Jack passing away. He was one of the kindest and most gentle persons I've met. I knew him when he visited at Beech Spring Camp in the Licking Creek Valley during hunting and fishing seasons. As a teenager I stayed in his camp with my family during one particularly cold flintlock season. He will be missed indeed. Semper Fidelis Corpsman!
