Etta G. Civitts, 57, of Brooknar Drive, Reedsville, went to be with the Lord on Friday June 7, 2019 at her home.
Born November 7, 1961, she was the daughter of the late John and Lois (Tice) Kerstetter.
Her husband, Dennis K. Civitts survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters Heather N. Finkenbiner and husband Richard of New Oxford, and Gracie D. Civitts at home. A son Adam L. Civitts, of Lewistown, and 2 grandchildren, Taylor and Chase Finkenbiner. A sister Ella Kerstetter of State College and a brother Steven Kerstetter, of Belleville.
Etta was previously employed at Grace United Methodist Church, in Lewistown as secretary. She was a member of Allensville Community Church, she enjoyed the outdoors and being involved with various church activities.
A memorial service in loving memory of Etta will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday June 17, 2019 at The Allensville Community Church, 126 E. Main Street, Allensville, PA 17002, with Revs. Richard Bender and Buddy Baird officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Etta’s memory are respectfully encouraged to: Allensville Community Church, 126 E. Main Street, Allensville, PA 17002, or Belleville Mennonite School, 4105 Front Mountain Road, Belleville, PA 17004.
Arrangements are under the care of The Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.

Etta was such a good friend , in a couple of the churches we went to, we always got involved in some of the activities , we always had a great time , you will be dearly missed , Prayers for you Denny and Gracie , and family . Rod and I will never forget you Etta

Dear Denny and family, I was so sorry to hear of Etta's passing! Please accept my heartfelt condolences!
