Obituary

Charles Robert Cramer, 88, of Lewistown, passed away at 2:36 a.m. on Saturday April 13, 2019 at Ohesson Manor Nursing Home, Lewistown.
Born January 27, 1931 in Lewistown, he was the son of the late George G. and Elsie (Franklin) Cramer-Metz. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, George “June” Cramer, and a sister Loretta King.
Charles is survived by his loving wife, B. Colleen (Franklin) Cramer; his children, Sue Anne Bucks and husband Charlie of Allentown, and Charles Michael Cramer and wife Debra of Lewistown; his siblings, Donald E. Cramer and wife Sandra, John Joseph Cramer and wife Darlene, Mary Jane Berrier, and Rose Ann Reynolds and husband David; Grandchildren, Robert Michael Bucks and wife Jennifer Ann, Courtney Nichole Vargas-Bucks and husband Beto, Charles Michael Cramer, Jr., and Kevin Marshall Cramer and wife Angela; and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
Charles was employed at Metlmex, Avtex Fibers, working in the spinning department, and also worked in the timber business for many years.
He was enlisted in the U.S. Army serving in the Korean Conflict.
Charles loved hunting, and working outside on his yard.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are under the care of The Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
